Beautiful, serene, charming, stunning...these are just a few of the words used to describe Ransom Canyon Ranch House. Located on Party Island, our event center holds up to 250 guests. Surrounded by the lake on 3 sides, your guests will be inspired by beauty and elegance. Take a walk by moonlight on the island, enjoy the party indoors, or sit outside on the large portico.
From Lubbock's East Loop 289 exit onto 50th Street and continue on East 50th Street for 6 miles.
Watch for Ransom Canyon sign on your right.
Turn right on Ransom Road and go to the stop sign. Ransom Canyon Realtors is on the right and the fire station is on the left. Go straight and follow Ransom Road, which becomes Lakeshore Drive. Continue toward the lake, and follow the curve to the left along the water's edge. Look to the right. You will see a tan metal building on Party Island just beyond the boat dock. Arrive at Ransom Canyon Ranch House.
Rental includes 24 round tables, 72" each, and 150 chairs. You are invited to bring your own linens, caterer, and decorations. Be sure to have plenty help for setting up tables and for decorating. We ask that you remove decorations and leftover food when your event is over. Our cleaning crew will do the rest.
Rental fee for the Ranch House is $1300, and a $300 refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The facility may be rented for setup the day before your event for an additional $500.
